Stretches & Demonstrations
Stretches are important, and there are 2 main categories.
Dynamic Stretches vs. Static Stretches:
Stretches that are Dynamic refer to moving stretches. These are performed mainly in order to increase blood flow & mobility. Examples of basic dynamic stretches could be "Knee to Butt Kicks" or "Swinging Arm Circles". Anything moving really!
Static means still, and Static stretches are usually performed to assist with flexibility, range of motion and to assist with recovery. An example of a static stretch would be reaching down to touch your toes and holding the position.

Stretching daily is recommended. Hold stretches for 30 seconds or more!
